I dont know for certain. I obtained the information from the Staffordshire Marriage Index 20 years ago. The 1819 death for Ann is most interesting. If this is Ann Bayley/Bailey then I feel sure Fasham did not have his parent's consent.
In 1815 Fasham is churchwarden at Wednesbury.
In 1817 Fasham was made a Lieutenant in the Volunteer Cavalry of Staffordshire and in Oct 1818 Fasham Nairn, gentleman, has a daughter Mary Ann baptised at Wednesbury with the mother named as MARY. The 1818 Staffordshire Directory shows Fasham Nairn , gentleman, at Springhead House, Walsall Street, Wednesbury.
If his first wife did not die until 1819, then either the mother's name in the baptism register is a mistake, or Fasham has left Ann for another woman, possibly the Mary Dixon Beal he marries, as a widower, in 1820 in London.
