Another photo to fix please?

Here is a picture I have been trying to have dated on another board here at rootschat.  It is in a bit of disrepair!  I am not even sure who it is, but am getting some clues from the good folk there!

Thanks Ken!  A nice job!  His eye looks a wee bit odd, but otherwise fantastic.  I couldn't do what you people do!

Actually I have a sister-in-law who is a conservator, and was thinking of seeing what she could do for me the next time I see her.

Hi had a quick go at this one as well. I just cleaned the cracking and ran a dust and noise filter. Nothing fancy.

I had a look at those sites you recommended, but I couldn't get an accurate date.  Some on the other board said it was 1930's or 40's most likely.  I am thinking this is possible as my Dad was born in 1941 and this baby has some of Dad's look around the eyes.  I was secretly hoping it would be my Gran or one of her brothers.  She was born in 1919, the others after her.  But too early I suppose?
