William Horne, Ruckinge birth

Hi. I am looking for any information on the parentage of my ancestor William Horne. I have found his birth in the 1851 census as 1812 in Ashford but later in the 1871 census his birth is noted as 1817 in Ruckinge. Any help gratefully received!

I notice that his birthplace also appears as Bilsington in 1861.

There is a possible baptism in Ruckinge :

William Horne 25 Dec 1817 , son of William & Mary , labourer of Bilsington lately deceased.
