Translation

I have a letter - 3 small pages written I believe in a mixture of Russian, Polish & Lithuanian by my great uncle who came to Liverpool England from Lithuania in 1898 and then went on to Pennsylvania in 1907. Is there anyone who could translate this document for me if I e mail them a copy

I don't know if they would charge you for translating it but you might be able to find a student there who'd do it as a favour, particularly as it might be viewed as a challenge, being in a mixture of three different languages.  Is the script Cyrillic?

It's a free online one.....there is Russian but no Lithuanian or Polish i,m afraid.

It's worth ago you might be able to piece what your letter says roughly.

Well you know the Russian alphabet is different from ours?  It's called the Cyrillic alphabet.  So for instance the word "papa" might look like nana.  And the word that sounds like "preevyet" meaning "bye" might look like "npubem".
