Allison/Boast family, Forehoe

Hi all,
I am looking for the parents names of Lily M Boast b. 1913 in Forehoe and her brother Charlie A Boast b. 1919. Records say their mothers maiden name is Allison but I cannot find any marriage record between an Allison and a Boast. If anyone could help, I'd be most grateful

Possibly the mother has married twice, so you need a marriage of Miss Allison to Mr XX, and then Mrs XX to Mr Boast.

Have you any other information on the family?

Do you mean you are having trouble with FreeBMD or FreeREG?

For FreeREG you may need to use the soundex option sometimes.

Its freebmd i'm having trouble with. Even typing in something that should have thousands of results brings 0 results.
