1861 Lookup - JONES

I would like to have a lookup of Ceridwen Jones, b. abt. 1861. She married in Rhymney, Bedwelty, Monmouthshire in 1883. She gives her father's name as Edward Jones on marriage certificate. A John Edward Jones witnessed the marriage. Thanks.
Jones, Harries, Davis, Miller, James in Glamorganshire and Monmouthshire

Can you find her in the birth indexes to show that she had actually been born by the time of the 1861 census? .
 If so, please state the district, so that a volunteer may see where to search.
