116 Aubrey Street and 26 Fowler Street W. Derby ? Liverpool
« on: Saturday 27 June 15 10:08 BST (UK) »
Would anyone have access to electoral rolls for the above addresses for the years 1907 - 1910?

I am trying to trace the parents of two children born at Aubrey Street in 1908 and 1908.

Welcome to RootsChat! ;D

Electoral Rolls only give the names of people eligible to vote - and women were not included until 1918 (those over 30 with property qualification) and 1928 (all 21 or over).

It's probably best to get the Birth Certificates or the Parish Register entries for the baptisms?

I went to school around there in the 1960's
Fowler street is off Breck Road - my friend lived there .
Aubrey Street was by  St Chrysostom church and had a huge water tower in it ...known as the Everton Water Tower ...
why not post the names and years of birth of the children ?

www.liverpoolhistoryprojects.co.uk
may have the births and addresses of the children - take a look on Lan-opc first
good luck and a big welcome to Rootschat

Some answers given, including a marriage in 1917 for a Florette Beatrice Davies to Harry Lee. Florette's alternative surname is McKellar, presumably her maiden name. This could tie in with her being born in Scotland.

However, nothing found on a Florette McKellar.
