Ships passenger lists to Australia 1889

Hello,

I am looking for ships passenger lists to Australia  in 1889 possibly from Ireland or, England.

The passenger I am looking for is a Meta Sophia BOYD born 1876 in Armagh, Ireland.

I believe it was Sydney.

Her parents were Robert Alexander BOYD and Frances BOYD.

Sorry, I can't give you anymore information.

All I know is she gave birth to her son in Newton, near Sydney in September 1889 and was 22 years old. She obviously returned to Ireland at some stage, as she was in Ireland in 1911.

She then emigrated to Australia as JACKSON on the S.S. Mauretania 17 August 1918 from the UK. and states she was a widow.

From this and other threads:

We don't seem to be sure on Meta's exact birthyear, first name (might also be down as Margaret), under what name she might have been travelling (son's birth not found), etc, which makes it nearly impossible to properly track her down.

A lot of shipping lists of this time are very light on information, so there might be a "Miss Boyd" or "Mrs Jackson" somewhere -- or she might even have used some other name.

good information about Meta...67 years old.......nurse during the war....son in Bellingen (northern NSW).....supporting son and grand daughter......

Yes, I have her death details as above.  This would make her birth 1868. Most of the information I have is giving me her DOB 1867/8.
