1851 look up please! Hunt

I'm stumped by a man who says he was born in Oxfordshire/Bucks, Wooburn/ Essex, E. Grinstead (in West Sussex)!

Arthur Hunt, b ca 1825, Law Stationers Clerk/Writer on censuses 1861-1881 (in London)

His mother may be called Ann.

Any chance he was still in Oxfordshire in 1851?
