This isn't really a legibility question, the writing is quite clear, in this 1851 census from Norfolk.

But it says "Surrey, Toling", and there's not such place (sayeth Google).
Can anyone suggest what it really says (or ought to say...) ?
The lines above and below say "Suffolk Thrandeston" and provided excellent writing samples.
