Can't readily see any mention of Arthur Neville born 1900 in the 1901 census.  But I'll keep looking.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Hi BumbleB , having the same problem, have another two names of possable children ,born Bramley .
Reginald b jun1901, death Bramley ,and Edith b,sept 1902 ,Bramley,

Looks like you may have to resort to buying a certificate.  I also had a look on YorkshireBMD where some of the areas have stated MMN even before 1913, but Bramley (Arthur) and Wortley (Reginald and Edith) have not participated.  :'(
