James Pegram - Buckland, Hertfordshire - HELP please !

Does anyone have access to the Parish Records for Buckland, Herts ?  I am trying to find the parents and grandparents of James PEGRAM b.c. 1821 in Buckland.  He appears on the 1851 Census for Bassingbourn, Cambridgeshire with his wife Julia MANNING & children and I think I've found him on the 1841 Census for Ware (but I'm not sure).  This man appears to be living with what looks his brother Richard & family.  Unfortunately, this is as far back as I can get. HELP PLEASE !!

James marriage gives his fathers name as Joseph so that christening looks good

Don't think the Richard in the 1841 census is his brother:

Thanks gc and Rosie - it's much appreciated.   I'll add Joseph and Mary as his parents.   As for the Richard with father Thomas, he could well have been the cousin of James ??  Who knows with the 1841 Census ??   There is a marriage of a Joseph PEGRAM and Mary CUTTS in Buckland on someone's Family Tree in Genealogy.com, but I don't really like using other peoples' research, preferring instead to do my own, but it looks like a possibility.  Many thanks.

That being the case are Jospeh & Thomas brothers possible a good way of look for thier parents, Just an idea

I feel that Joseph & Thomas may be brothers too gc - but I'm afraid I've got to ask for help for this as well.
