Mathew Thomson -Glazier

I am of Mathew Thomson born 180 and died 23rd January 1919.  His death states he died at the Royal Alexandra Infirmary, following a fall, (my thoughts are that work place health and safety regulations weren't quite what they are today).  A number of broken bones are recorded.  His usual residence was 5 Lonend Paisley.
I am wondering if there is likely to be a newspaper reference to this accident as my search so far has drawn a blank. I may be looking in the wrong places.

Looking at the index there is a death for a MATTHEW THOMPSON 1919 Paisley Renfrew , born c1859.

Is that the correct death ?

thanks for your posting.  The Matthew I have was born 24 February 1880 Quarrelton and died 23 January 1919 at the Royal Alexander Hospital.  His parents were John Thomson (1851-1923 occ. Baker) and Margaret Campbell.  I am curious about the fall he had and wondered what sort of building it was from - hence the thought it might be documented in a newspaper.
