If the family of Morrison I found above is the correct one, then we are looking at immigration for William. Lilian and Family between 1921 and 1937

The Border Watch (Mount Gambier) - Thursday Evening 21 March 1929 - article on Kongorong Public School sports Day -
A prize of a silver bracelet was awarded to the winner of the single ladies race was won by Miss Dorine Morrison. In a girls 10 - 12 year old race that was won by a Norma Morrison. Also a girls 10 - 12 handicap mentions a W Morrison (could be Wilma)
Cuts down the date of immigration from 1st June 1921 (date of 1921 Canadian Census - 21 March 1929 date of this publication)
