Hi Andy...Pat has done a good job with what she had to work with...but...If you could rescan your photo at 300dpi there will be a lot more to work with...this is only scanned at 92dpi and a lot of fine detail has been lost...you can post a file size of up to 500kbs here and your is only a very small 59kbs.

It opens at 414kb on my CS3 and CS6

however I've ran it through Genuine Fractals at 200% and saved it for web and devices.

Scan at 300 plus for restores please. Scan at larger dpi for small photos. Don't forget to crop the scanner bed out! (Them's the white bits)
