The above (partial) link is for the Catholic Parish registers which recently came online (free). Here's the working link-
http://www.nli.ie/en/parish-register.aspx

If that wasn't the site you are looking for here are a few other ones (also free)-

GRONI (N.I. civil registrations)- https://geni.nidirect.gov.uk/

https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/ (both civil registrations & some church records)

There is also a pay site which is constantly adding new information-

Thanks for the suggestions,it's Presbyterian records I'm trying to find, probably church ones as I've seen all the ones after 1845.

Few Presbyterian church records are actually online but you might get lucky. Do you have a particular church or area in mind?

Co Down is where my family came from. I've traced a lot of them, some churches are very helpful with records, some not so.Ros Davis site is good but I can't find  birth/baptism records for a number of people, same goes for marriages.

Yes, but what churches or areas are you trying to find records for?

There are at least 77 Presbyterian Churches in Co Down.
77 area indeed listed here but not all Presbyterian churches had burial ground so suspect the actual number will be quite a bit higher. Note: that list doesn't seem to include Reformed Presbyterian ones either.
