Missing Woolwich Baptism

I am searching for my 3x great grandmother Rose Ann Mcgraa's  baptism in St. Mary Magdalene church in Woolwich, Kent (born 1815). She was later married in 1836 up in Liverpool. I have no idea whether she moved to Liverpool as a young girl or left Woolwich with her husband Stephen Kemp who was a mariner from Kent. i have found no other Mcgraa's for Woolwich on any census forms for the early 1800s. I have found her on all the Liverpool census forms except 1841.

How do you know that she was baptised in that church in Woolwich?

I believe St. Peter's was a Catholic Church.

With a surname like McGraa (Irish?) I would expect her baptism to have taken place in a Catholic Church.

St. Peter's in Church Street was a C of E church, the catholic one was in Seele Street.

I have no confirmation of what church she may have been baptised in, I am just trying to rule St. Mary Magdalene's out.

All of her census forms except one state she was born in Woolwich.

So far I have no information on her  parents or siblings (if any).  It's a huge brick wall.

I am also considering whether her father may have been attached to the army barracks in Woolwich  no evidence for this just yet, bit its another avenue to explore,

I ordered her son Stephen's birth certificate and Rose Ann''s maiden name was the same as her married name, Kemp. This has only made it more confusing. Unless the registrar made a mistake .
