Patrick Mahoney

Hi does anyone know anything about Patrick Mahoney who lived in Southend on Sea and ran a café by the kersal.  He was born around 1912 and had a sister.  This is for my friend who was adopted and Patrick is her father.  We have found her mother.  They were married in 1939 but separated and she knows nothing of him or his family. Can anyone help

The 1939 marriage certificate should give details of his father

Yes I know that will tell us about his Father but it was Patricks life at the café we were wondering about as one of his daughters said he was well known there
