To lookup a marriage in parish records you need to know which church it took place in.  Here's the areas included in the St Martins RD.  It may have been a civil marriage

The marriage took place within the City of Westminster; which is quite distinct from the City of London and the London Metroploitan area.

Whilst Ancestry have records from the London Metroplitan Archives, those from the City of Westminster can be found on FindMyPast.

The marriage appears on the England & Wales Marriages database, on both Ancestry and FindMyPast.

As it doesn't seem to appear in any parish register listing, I would assume that it's a Register Office marriage?
