Can I bring to your attention a web site which may be of use for folks with an interest in Tipton at the time of WW1. This site commemorates the men of Tipton killed in WW1, it is www.tiptonremembers.net

There are pages (of varying detail) for about 850 men who can be associated (born or resident) with Tipton. Indexes by Surname, Memorial, Date and Regiment have been created.

It is not fully complete as there are numerous photographs and 'Actions resulting in Death' to be added/researched but it is basically there or thereabouts!
