royal navy 1910/1928

Wallace C Rosser born 1892 enlisted Newport mon 1904,  I do not have enlistded NUMBER, I found a copy of ships he served on 1910 to 1928 but nothing else, was told many years ago he received highest Italian medal similar to the VC  for saving an Italian officers life can anyone help me on this one, and any other info on him 1910 to 1928

Hi he was therefore the Wallace Conway Rosser b 3rd April 1892 Newport Service Number J 2009 is this correct?

Hi again no that was his Service Number, on original it does have an added "New SC written", 20/9/17? for a C?? Silver Medal for Military Valour by King of Italy, there are more learned people on RC who can possibly assist with the medal etc!?
