Grace Midlane/Winifred Calloway and Henry Joseph Doyle

My great uncle Henry Doyle married Grace Emma Naomi Midlane in Alverstoke, Hampshire on 29 June 1921. He gave his address at marriage as Rochestown, Cork, which was his mother's address in Ireland and where he was born.  The couple plus Grace's parents, Joseph and Alice, moved to the Isle of Wight where Grace died in 1939 - just before the 1939 Register.  Henry subsequently married Winifred Eva Calloway in 1942 and lived on the IoW until his death in 1951.  Does anyone know anything about Grace Midlane and have any information as to how they met? Thanks

I expect you've seen her on census with her parents.  Father Joseph born Isle of Wight.

She had 2 siblings no longer alive by 1911 which could be the following

Winifred Alice Dec 1893 - Mar 1895

Leslie Joseph Mar 1896 - Dec 1896

Thank you for that.  I had seen the entry and noted it, but I am intrigued that Henry showed his address as Cork, but married in Hampshire.  I just wondered if there was a Rootschatter who had been researching the family.  Henry was shown on the 1911 Ireland census as a chauffeur so maybe his employer travelled a lot!
