Topiary Guisborough Cemetery

Many years ago Guisborough Cemetery had most beautiful topiary bushes and trees.

I have been given to understand the surname of the gentleman dressing these trees was Grout, (first name possibly Kelly a derivative of some other name).

Does anyone know who he was?

I have been sent a picture of Kelly Grout cutting the trees - Guisborough Topiary 1960s - but do not know which publication it appeared in.
