Death of Irene Mary Adshead nee Hattersley

Hi Can anyone locate this death for me please?
Her husband John William Adshead (a Barnardo Home's Boy, incidentally) died in Toronto City, Ontario in 1971; the last Voter address I have for him is  308 Bathurst St. York, Ontario, Canada in 1965 and he is with his wife, Irene.
She was born in Yorkshire on 26 April 1897, they had 4 children, I believe, Kathleen (1921) born in Sheffield, Yorkshire, J Francis H Adshead (I bet that is John Francis Henry) known as Frank (1924-2000), Barbara Jean and Roseanne, the last 3 were born in Canada.
I have tried ancestry and geni.com where there is some info. but not her death.

Don't see anything in the Toronto papers. 

Obituary for daughter Kathleen Cronk in 2011.  Mentions that sisters are still alive.  Their married names are Greatrix and Blower.  Obit is about 3/4 of the way down the page.

So Kathleen must have married a Mr Whattam before Harold Cronk.

Helen, Kathleen Adshead was previously married to Willard Greatrix, brother of Borden Greatrix married to Barbara Jean Adshead. Two sisters married two brothers.
My grandpa John William Adshead died in Sunnybrook hospital in Toronto, of cancer. Will have to check the date when I get my info out of storage.
Borden Greatrix died at home in Wellington on April 24, 2005.

The Whattam part you mentioned was Lenny and Roger Whattam were the two boys that Kathleen and Harold Cronk took in as foster children.
