Hi could anyone possibly give me any info on a Elijah smith born in 1803 in little sappy Herefordshire he married margaret/marriane Locke and then changed his name to Locke I can't find his parents xx

Can I ask..how do you know he changed his name to Locke?
Have you found him + wife in census?

He is my 4 X grandad and the children of them are named Locke x
