Norfolk Phone Numbers

Ancestry now host BT's phone book archive.

As usual, the OCR isn't perfect, but of course, the phone
books are nicely structured, so manual searching is rather more feasible
than usual.

To further speed things up, I have made a page of links, for Norfolk phone
numbers, for every year the phone book is available.

Further, I counted the proportion of pages (in the 1970 book) for each
letter of the alphabet, and used these proportions to make an estimate
of the page for each letter (for each year).
