St Martins, Birmingham 1836 Marriage lookup
« on: Tuesday 15 March 16 15:43 GMT (UK) »
I would be very grateful for another St Martin's marriage lookup if possible. Quite coincidentally (or maybe not....) I find that there is another 1836 marriage here, which might just kill two birds with one stone. It would be very helpful if the register didn't just say "of this Parish", but I suppose it will. Anyhow, it was of:

John Lea to Matilda Webster, on 29th May 1836 (according to IGI).

Dave :)

Thanks for looking rosie99. I'm sure it is who I'm looking for anyhow. I've just had help deciphering a Census and it is pretty clear that John and Matilda are the couple who married here. Furthermore, it is now virtually certain that John's younger brother Francis married Mary Boulstridge here in October the same year. So 3 mysteries seem to have been solved in one profitable afternoon thanks to help on Rootschat :)
