Rootschat Login required every time!

Does anyone know why I suddenly have to log in every time I open Rootschat...the box to stay logged in is tick and the duration is something like 1444?
Is this to do with Win10 as it has only started to happen since I had it downloaded?

Thanks for that Sarah but it hasn't solved my problem...I never log out...I discarded my shortcut...saved a new one with my login but still no change....I don't know how to put it right!!

Same here. Never ticked the "stay logged in" box in all my years on RC!

I'm still having problems and even though I've been with Roots Chat for years it's still coming up with did I miss my activation email.
Told to click log on but I still gave to log on fully.Tried all the answers given but none work

Glad it's not just me...I have been a member for 10 years and
Apart from the odd occasion when making changes to my system and have to reset passwords, I have always been able to get into RC without logging on.

This would happen if Windows 10 or rather the browser you are using is deleting the Rootschat cookies that are stored on your computer, because when you login a cookie is placed on your computer and if it is deleted you will be asked to login again and so on.

Thanks for that Alan....that makes sense....maybe I will have to look into that....it doesn't happen on the iPad.
