Tranter lookup 1861

Hi,.
Could someone please try to find a Henry Tranter in 1861 (he died 1868).

I believe he was married to a Jemima and he was born in Hartley Glos in 1804 ish.

Any help would be nice.

He is not showing up immediately - neither is Jemima.

I don't know a Hartley in Gloucestershire??  There are two in Oxfordshire?

Would they still have children at home do you think?

I think that's them, especially as I know Jemimah came from Stonehouse and a lot of the family from Chipping Norton.
