Hi Maria
Welcome to Rootschat
It looks like Swindon council maintain 3 cemeteries
http://www.swindon.gov.uk/directory/23/cemeteries
I would have a look at each one to see which might be the nearest and then contact the cemeteries dept to enquire further

Thomas was buried on the 15th February 1931 at the Radnor Street Cemetery, Swindon. Birth year given as 1859.
This cemetery still exists today.

It was on the burial information on Find My Past. Don't know if it is accurate as I don't know who the informant was for the death certificate. You may know more about that.

Although Radnor street cemetery still exists it is no longer used for burials. The Radnor Street Cemetery society
http://www.swindonheritage.com/radnor-street-cemetery/
may be able to give you the plot number and location of a grave there, also there may be a headstone, although not all the graves have one.
