Robert Platt - Roman Catholic priest

Robert Platt was born in Oxford/shire (between 1794-1804?) and died in Bath in 1876.

I am looking for any evidence of his whereabouts between his entry into the priesthood (1820/5?) and 1841 when he was living in Falmouth.

Any detail will be much appreciated.
