School Records Look Up - Halford

Hello,

I'm currently filling in gaps and extra details about my family I have researched. My GG Grandfather George William Halford lived in Castle Donington, Leicestershire. He was born in 1903 and is on the 1911 Census with his father Harry Halford and other family members.

I thought I would search records but noted the website I used does not have this collection. However another does, but I am not subscribed to it. So my question is, does anyone have access to National School Admission Registers & Log-books 1870-1914? I think he went to Castle Donington Church of England School (or St. Edwards).

Is anyone able to please search this for me? I'd be extremely grateful.

Do not ask for look-ups from commercial sources.
Most commercial sources have strict 'Terms of Use', which forbid publishing their data elsewhere, so asking for such look-ups is also asking people to ignore the 'Terms of Use'.

I have been using FindMyPast earlier today to try and find my Grandparent's school records and either I'm doing it wrong or they aren't all there as EVERY one I've looked for I can't find 

Sometimes FindMyPast do a £1 a month subscription, perhaps it'd be worth trying that? Someone told me this is a good website to use to find discounts genealogydiscount co uk  NB don't forget to turn off the auto renew or the following month you end up with a large chunk deducted from your account
