Arthur F Timson is easily found on censuses, seems to be in Scotland in 1901.
His parents are Thomas and Annie.

1901 he is in Scotland as a single man, with a number of men of same occupation.

he is with parents on 1881 and 1891 censuses in Leicestershire as a child.

Arthur's birth reg spells middle name as Forryan
There is marriage reg in Blaby district Q2 1875 for Thomas Timson, one of possible brides is Ann Forryan, (other is Ann Huckerby)

(Registered twice?  or two the same name within a number of each other?)

On checking the original scan (on freebmd) I think the transcriber with page 223 has got it wrong. 
It's 225. 

Now you should be able to find them in the censuses.

Mother maiden names were only recorded on records after 1911
But there are other Timson/Cooper births in Blaby

Thanks a lot for taking the time out to put these up. Since I posted my original request I have all this info and even ordered their marriage certificates and death certificates.
My Grandparents have been a mystery to me up until now - as I never knew them.

I have his middle name as Forryan, Lizzie - this name being his mothers maiden name (Anne). Born in Croft, Leicestershire in 1880. He spent most of his life in nearby Enderby as a set maker at the local quarry there.

I have Anne as being born in Wigston Magna in 1853.

I have Kate (Catherine Cooper) as being born in Croft, Leicestershire in 1881 - same place as Arthur Forryan Timson.
