Can anyone decipher the church name please

Any idea of the churches name please, its in Asansol, India 1920

First one - Church of England; second one Church of Rome.

Most likely it was a C of E church and churchyard, but it was also used for burials by other denominations, in this case Roman Catholic.

Would you have any idea as to why the entry would be crossed out?

I'm afraid I can only speculate about this. My best guesses are that it was written up in advance and then didn't happen as expected, or that there was some other mistake and it was written out again later. Either way you'd expect to find another burial entry somewhere.
