Private baths, municipal baths wolverhampton?

Anyone know if the Municipla baths would have been central baths, as they are now.. in 1911?

Ive come across one family tree member in wolverhampton as beeing its keeper

Municipal baths may have been Baths, not swimming pools.  I know where I lived in the early 1960's they had Municipal baths where people went to bathe themselves as they did not have baths (other than tin ones that went in front of the fire)  in their homes.

There were cold,warm and swimming baths owned by a E farmer at Town Wells ,Cock St ,not sure what dates they were open.

The Subscription baths built 1850 were sold to the council and demolished 1909 to build the new Central baths.
