Signatures - possibly same person?

I'd like some opinions on these signatures. Possibly the same hand? Probably? Not likely?

I would say that the two signatures for Mary Leach are the same, despite the difference in the form of the capital 'L'. It is obviously a very uneducated hand, but there are distinct similarities in other letters, someone who did not write regularly. James Alexander is a much more educated writing.

Yes, - I would also say same person. If you look at the way that the 'r' is formed for example, - definately the same.

If my theory linking these together is correct, she would have been young and with limited education  at the time and working as a servant or similar, so, not used to signing. She would also (in the first/top one) be signing with a surname different to what she was used to. I believe this is probably why she uses a lower case L
