Jesse Hendy

I have a Jesse Hendy in my tree, for whom I've found the following:

OPR Baptism - 1828 Shalfleet
1841 - aged 18, living in Ningwood, Shalfleet with parents, occupation labourer
1851 - aged 22, living in Ningwood, Shalfleet with parents, occupation brick maker
1861 - can't locate
1871 - can't locate
1881 - can't locate
1891 - with sister, Jane Barnes, Moons Lane/Moons Hill, Freshwater/Totland, age unclear but looks to be 67 although A/try transcription says 57, no occupation given, martial status single

That's it, nothing more, can anyone see anything that I can't and help me fill in some of the spaces?  I wondered if the name Jesse was ever interchangeable with any other Christian name?
