Query re Genbox Family History

Hi All,

Has anyone used Genbox lately?

I have 3 or 4 genealogy software programmes, the main one being FH. I use a couple of others for specific features and had recently downloaded the trial version of Genbox to have a look at it.

After a couple of weeks I decided it was worth keeping for its flexible charting features so I paid via Paypal to purchase a  full licence for it. However, although the website info said I would receive an immediate email with a temporary licence, followed  by a permanent licence a short time later, neither of those happened.

I received an email confirming my order but it had no temporary licence number and my two emails have so far gone unanswered.

My understanding is that the programme is no longer supported but the website gives the impression one can still order it so I'm a bit puzzled.

Has anyone else had this experience?

Update:- Just an update in case anyone tries to buy the same software.

 I never received the license I paid for so, opened a dispute via Paypal. They also received no replies and in the end, refunded my money. So, definitely obsolete as far as any new purchasers are concerned.
