John Tivey 1784 Melbourne look up for birth?

Hi we are trying to find the parents of John Tivey b 1784, we initially thought he was born in 1790 melbourne, but this could be his christening date.  We have found him in the 1861 census, and have found a death for him in 1867 worthington, leics, but we need to  know who his parents were.


anyone, any ideas?
