Help reading a 1866 Surrey registration

Hello. I have the attached copy of a registration from the GRO. It is the birth of Ellen Anne PULHAM (later LIDDICOAT, then FULLGRABE) (23 Sep 1866 - 27 Jul 1951). She died in Adelaide South Australia.

Am having trouble reading the place of birth and mother's name. The place of birth (likely the parent's home) is repeated in the informant's column.  ?? Cottages, ?? Road, ?? Hill.

It is in the subdistrict of Brixton, district of Lambeth, county Surrey.

Maybe someone can remember the Brixton area in 1866!  ;D

Thomas Pulham and Maria Skeates appear on the same page - Marriages - June quarter 1866.  The brith certificate says Skeats.

I agree with the address.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

Thanks very much. Any stabs at the ?? Cottages. Perhaps 7 Pritchard Cottages?
