Marriage of William West to Elizabeth

I'm looking for the marriage of William West who had at least two sons with his wife Elizabeth. Their sons were baptised at Ripon Cathedral but they were both born in Bishop Monkton. Their children were:

John West (bapt. 1793 at Ripon Cathedral) - censuses state his place of birth as Bishop Monkton
Joseph West (bapt. 1796 at Ripon Cathedral and was buried in 1797)

But I've drawn a blank when looking for a marriage

There is a marriage - 6 October 1791 at Bulmer - William West and Elizabeth Mennel (I think that is the surname, transcription is left blank  ) both of the parish of Hinderskelf.
