Trethewy of St Stephens In Brannel

I am researching my Harry family who lived St Stephen in Brannel.
Isabell Trethewy 1774-1862 d/o Richard Trethewy and Ann Jewell , married 29 April 1797 St Stephen in Brannel , William Harr(e)y.
Previous research suggested that William bpt 10 Dec 1771 St Kew was the s/o Matthew Harry and Elizabeth Benallack.Unfortunately I have discovered that this William may have died an infant.

I now believe that the William Harr(e)y who married Isabell , may have been bpt 17 Nov 1771 St Mewan , illegitimate s/o Philippa Lark.
A Nicholas Harry married Philippa Lark 3 Mar 1772 at St Mewan and thereafter William had the adopted surname of Harry. Nicholas Harry may well have been his birth father.

I am hoping someone interested in the Trethewy family might have knowledge of the Lark connection.
