Hello Rootschatters,

Does anyone know the dates the photographic business of E Greetham was in existence in Hereford?

I have looked on one website which lists known dates of 1891-1895 but this isn't necessarily the entire period this firm was in business there.

I have a photo of a family member that I would like to know the date it was taken and will post this later.

A website of Robert Vaughan, list a photograph from 1902:
E.Greetham & Co, 42 Commercial Road, Hereford. [Lady c.1902. Nice back - Art designed card, serrated edges]

On the 1881 census he was in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
In Hereford on 1891 and 1901.

There is a possible death in 1909, Stockport?
Edwin Greetham was born in 1830, in Portsmouth.
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

Thank you for this. The dates I have were from the Victorian Photographers site. It suggested the period he operated there may have been longer. I have an idea the photo sent to me dates from the 1890s but cannot be certain and will post this for other opinions.
