I haven't logged on to Essex Record Office for sometime, has it changed it format?, I cannot get parish registers where a block came up and I could ask for whatever parish I wanted, having logged on today I have spent over an hour to sort it out to no avail, I want to see if the ERO  has the Cathedral marriages online 1962/1970

I seem to be able to log in fin on Seax, just click the parish registers tab at top and it takes me where i need to be.

which is of course no help to you i'm afraid

Yes, I am fine thank you except I have a big problem coming up, I have a very old FT prog which isn't compatible to windows 10, I still have windows 7, so can't upgrade if I wanted to, I am really worried as I have a few family trees here online, I did ask for help on RC and got lots of suggestions, we managed to recover our computer problems recently, it was touch and go if my FT was still intact, it was, I was so pleased, so I live to fight another day as it were, I hope my prog with windows 7 lasts until the next census, I am looking into purchasing another FT prog, I did update the one I have but it was so complicated I gave up, luckily I only transferred some of the family members over, it still wouldn't be compatible, I don't want 20 years of hard graft to disappear in one fell swoop

I think the format changed a while ago (a few months maybe?), but you should still be able to see the information you want... I think they updated it so you could see very low-quality preview pages without having a subscription.

Follow this link: http://seax.essexcc.gov.uk/ParishRegisters.aspx, then use the alphabet selection thingummy at the bottom of the page to find the parish you want.

Yeah still at it, just not too often has life gets in the way.
I don't have a FT programme its all on Ancestry and i have all the data on excel.
I am still running Vista lol, and it's not compatible with anything!!
