This is a birth record for a John Kerwan (later Kerwin) - parents Michael Kerwan and Mary Bergin.
March 8th, 1871.
Looking for help on the various addresses given.
Cloney something?, but after that I'm lost.

It's Clonygowan, here's sister Mary Anne's birth in 1874:

Note that at the top of the page, it's a sub-district of Mountmellick (that's what makes it certain).
