Hi all.
I am doing some research and on one of the records that comes up is for a marriage licence. Can someone explain the marriage process with marriage licence in the USA. The licence is in Ohio if that makes a difference

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but typically, the spouses-to-be will apply for the marriage license, so they can get married. After they have a license, they get married.
