Staffordshire Archives report:

Registers of baptisms, marriages and deaths for some Roman Catholic churches in Staffordshire from the archives of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham.  Available on microfilm only.

And GenUKI says:
The registers of the Catholic church of St Philip Neri, Smethwick, Baptisms 1863-date, Marriages 1867-date, Confirmations 1867-date & Deaths/Burials 1882-date remain with the incumbent.
