Hello
Thanks, got your reply Dave. Been looking at my original post with the 1812 and corresponding 1813 Knottingley Land Tax entries.

Occupiers
1812
James Knowles
John Cook
1813
Frances Crowder
Geo: Hood
1814
Jas Beaumont
John Grubb
My research into Fanny / Frances Crowder is attached.
When Joseph Crowder married Fanny Webb in 1777 at Pontefract
In the Presence of:- Elizabeth Leake and Sarah Wood
The same Elizabeth Leake signature at the above Crowder = Webb marriage was at the 1791 Knottingley Marriage of:-
George Grubb = Ann Hood
In the Presence of:- Elizabeth Leake ; John Gill ; Wm Dickinson
Also it seems one possible marriage for Elizabeth Crowder (daughter) might be James Beaumont.
I just felt it was interesting, although we don't know if George Hood at Knottingley in 1813, was George Hood of Selby, or why George Hood was there.

I should also have looked at John Grubb who occupied the premises after Geo: Hood.
Although the Land Tax does not give the occupier's age, nor other family, nor Wife, if John Grubb (Occupier) was the chap, baptised Knottingley in 1792, then his Father was George GRUBB and his Mother was likely nee Ann HOOD.
Their 1791 Knottingley marriage:- George GRUBB = Ann HOOD, was mentioned in the quote.
I have sent for the 1840 Death Certificate of Ann Grubb (download not available), to see if anyone we know was present at her Death, I am not hopeful because that Hood family had quite a few family living local.
Ann Grubb, nee Anne Hood was the baptised 29th July 1762 at Knottingley St Botolph and the Daughter of John Hood.
