Looking for the birth and marriage of Joseph Aston born c1724 possibly around Halstead. He married  Hannah and had at least 2 children Thomas 1745 and Joseph 1747, both baptised at St. Andrew, Halstead. Thank you.

have checked parish records and cant find joseph in halstead -gt maplestead -gosfield-greenstead green or earls colne , have you anymore thoughts on where he may have been born or definitive proof of him such as parents or siblings .

Sorry I do not have any more info on him. I'm only assuming he was born and possibly married in the Halstead area because his 2 children were baptised at St. Andrew.

Joseph Aston. christening:
   21 February 1747, St. Andrew,Halstead,Essex,England. Father Joseph, mother Hannah.

I also think Hannah was buried at St. Andrew 13 Jul 1769. (Hannah wife of Joseph).

A long shot, but a Joseph Aston married a Hannah Webb in Wolverhampton Staffordshire in 1735.
