Francis McGartland married Mary Jane Dolan

Francis McGartland married (c. 1910) to Mary J. Dolan from Dublin). I was able to find them in the 1911 census but was not yet able to find Mary Jane in the 1901 census. The 1911 census gives her marriage as 10years old but I have no clue to what Dolan family she was in Dublin. The Irish Geneologists site doesn't throw up any marriage details either.

Looks like Leo Francis as just Francis mother down as Toolin, which is (maybe)more likely to be a misheard Doolan than a misheard Dolan

Sadly, Francis' wife died in 1914 and he re-married in 1919 to an Ellen Murray.
Mary Jane's death was recorded on 13th Aug 1914, she died in childbirth and the baby named after her, Mary Jane, died one month later.
So sad.

It doesn't look like their marriage was registered, there should be a church record somewhere, but where, she's from Dublin, he's from Tyrone where did they meet?

I'm guessing through her husband but on the off chance it's her side.

Thanks I found this too. Peter Smyth was married to Francis McGartland's sister Ellen. I do have their marriage details,  thanks. However, I am trying to find information on a William Hugh Boyd who married a daughter of Francis McGartland in 1920. I have the marriage certificate but apart from his father James cannot find his own birth or census details. His marriage suggests b.1899.
